In 1517 Martin Luther struck a blow against a corrupt religio-political system that had left in its wake nothing but degradation and doctrinal decay. The Bible, translated into the languages of European society, made the Reformation unstoppable. But the changes wrought by the Reformation have been steadily reversed and the Reformation has unravelled before our eyes. Are we really willing to give up on the protest that millions of courageous Christians gave their lives for 500 years ago?
