Aloha to all, 645AM Early morning philosophy.Going to my Saturday morning yoga stretching class, some cardio and when I am done with the exercise and stretching I go in the FIR sauna and do Gwashing Techniques.Make sure you drink about 40 ounces of water before you start your stretching, cardio and the sauna. I always do liquids in the morning until my evening dinner.Exercise is really essential to retrain the nervous system or neural pathways to become more optimized and efficient.
